GMapsScraper.AI provides a cloud-based web scraping platform that extracts publicly available business data from Google Maps, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and reviews. The service is intended for lawful business purposes such as market research, lead generation, and data analysis.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use GMapsScraper.AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Scrape or collect personally identifiable information beyond what is publicly available on Google Maps
• Use extracted data to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) in violation of applicable law
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw data extractions as a competing data product without prior written consent
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform
• Use the service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure

3. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access the service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hi@gmapsscraper.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. CREDITS AND QUOTAS

Access to scraping features is governed by a credit system. Credits are consumed based on the number of results returned per scraping task. Credit allocations vary by subscription plan. Unused credits may expire at the end of each billing period as specified in your plan details.

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

GMapsScraper.AI only collects and processes publicly available data from Google Maps. We do not store the scraped content beyond what is necessary to deliver the service (task results are stored temporarily in cloud storage for download).

Your use of scraped data must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and any other relevant regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use and store data obtained through our platform.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The GMapsScraper.AI platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Data extracted through our service is sourced from third-party platforms (Google Maps). We make no ownership claims over that data and you are responsible for ensuring your use of it complies with the relevant platform's terms of service.

7. DISCLAIMERS

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Results will be complete, accurate, or up to date
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Google may change its platform or block scraping activity at any time, which may affect service availability or data completeness. We are not liable for any such disruptions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMapsScraper.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the service and any stored data will be revoked.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
