What's the difference between subscription credits and on-demand credits?

Subscription credits renew every month and are included in your plan. On-demand credits never expire — they're a one-time purchase you can use anytime, perfect if you need extra capacity beyond your monthly allowance.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your active scraping tasks will stop once credits are exhausted. Any data already collected will still be available for export. You can top up with on-demand credits or upgrade your plan to continue.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

No, subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you regularly need more, consider upgrading your plan or purchasing on-demand credits that never expire.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
