Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which GMapsScraper.AI ("we", "our", or "us") provides refunds for subscription and credit purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
We offer refunds for subscription payments under the following conditions:
- Time Limit. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment date.
- Usage Limitation. No more than 10% of the subscription's total credit quota may have been consumed at the time of the request.
- Valid Reason. You must provide a reason for the request, such as technical issues preventing service use, billing errors, or dissatisfaction with service quality.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
2. ON-DEMAND CREDIT PURCHASES
Important: All one-time credit purchases (on-demand top-ups) are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- One-time credit top-ups
- Additional quota purchases
- Promotional credit offers
By completing a credit purchase, you acknowledge that the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Credits are consumed when scraping tasks return results and are not recoverable once used.
3. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund for an eligible subscription:
- Contact Us. Email hi@gmapsscraper.ai within the 7-day window with your refund request.
- Provide Details. Include your account email, transaction ID or payment reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
- Review. We will review your account usage and verify eligibility within 2–3 business days.
- Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
4. EXCEPTIONS
We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy in the following cases:
- Verified technical failures on our end that prevented normal service use
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by billing errors
- Prolonged service outages (exceeding 24 hours) with no reasonable workaround
- Legal requirements applicable in your jurisdiction
5. CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you cancel your subscription:
- You retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No pro-rated refund is provided for the remaining period unless refund criteria are met
- Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period and are not carried over
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
